LeadingAge Ohio All-Member Call: Tuesday, June 21

The next LeadingAge Ohio All-Member Call is scheduled to take place Tuesday, June 21 at 11:30AM. Jody Hinton, Director of Operations with the Ganzhorn Suites in Columbus and Avon, will discuss the implementation and success of flex-scheduling for all staff members at both locations. Jody has over twenty years of experience in various administrative roles within elder care and currently manages all aspects of recruitment and hiring for the Ganzhorn Suites.  

Join LeadingAge Ohio to explore the process, benefits, and challenges of flex-scheduling and how this model could be used to support current and prospective staff.
